Final Blog

My most successful learning experience in this class has been the ability to learn the Adobe software. Every time it came to designing I had a great time figuring out how to play with the different features such as the scaling, gradient, and even the font.The Final Design project was based on creating three different mailing letters based off a specific artist. It was intended for us to create different designs that reflected the artists style. I was inspired by our past presentation examples and the artist's identity and art. I feel I was definitely successful as I took the time to really watch the artist's interview and analyze their different exhibits. I tried my best to stick to neutrals because he centered his art on black and white racism. In my designs I struggled trying to make everything flow smoothly and correctly proportion the body text with the titles. I wanted to make sure I emphasized the importance of the artist's name while also leaving the date a decent size.
